When we restarted with our current team we had many different talents on our team. Evem tough we had them, our past experience already told us that training is not the optimal way of performing in OCM. Therefore we decided to train Keovilay only and sell talents such as Savthong, Thongkhen en Khamsalieng.
We decided to focus on transfers, because this is the way to grow fast in this game. We bought riders and we sold them with profit. Each and every month we tried this again.
Beign on the edge of the Top Division we decided that one or two high maxes while training would be the way to make a definite breakthrough in the highest division of OCM.
Even tough we have made a breakthrough in the Top Division due to a very good period in OCM, it has once again been proved to us that training is the worst possible way to play this game effectively.
- Vratko Slovak, a 200+ Climber with Good sprinting maxed at an Average of 41.
- Max Nydahl, who had Good on CL/DH/FR maxed at an average of 40.
- Slavomir Slovak, a 200+ Climber with Very Good on CL/HL maxed at an average of 37.
- Rocky Bowen a 270+ Cobbler with Very good on FR and Good on CB/TQ maxed yesterday at an average of 37.
Now we have once again decided that even tough training is fun, it is also very disappointing to us most of the time. It basicly is a waste of money.
No training for us the upcoming period.

Your first team had a 220+ cl that maxed at 55. My av55 was 190+ cl that i sold because of this "training sucks" mentality.
Training is what put you in div 1, its all about luck, sometimes you have it, sometimes not.
+1 Onie!
I know what your going through ;) My only rider I trained completely on my own with an high average as result was Yannick Elssen, 49 average. (3 years on the game) Now I have a pretty good squad but all of my riders are bought.
Just to let you know you are not alone :p
That's what you get from training lazy ass talents instead of real workers.
You have been very unlucky with training, my average max without TT centre is 46 (8 riders).
If you don't train your own riders your rank doesn't count.
Who cares about being high ranked? It's all about the training.
